If you are registered with direct access without a password and want to access from a different device, follow these steps:  

  1. enter the game with your smartphone/tablet and go to your personal profile 
  2. click on set password and follow the instructions

You can report a person who has offended you or other people by opening the player’s profile and clicking “REPORT.” The report will be examined by our team who, after careful checks, will decide if and what action to take against the reported player.

The card distribution algorithm is totally random and does not take into account the players sitting at the table when shuffling the cards. (This is the equivalent of shuffling a live deck of cards.) Once the game has started, the server cannot know whether the player playing will draw from the discard pile or from the central deck and subsequently cannot know which card he will decide to discard. These absolutely subjective decisions/actions by each individual player will be the only ones that will influence the match. Therefore it is not possible and it is not realistic for the server to rig the game in favor or against the players at the table.
