How do I register on buraco plus?
You can log in directly via one of the access channels:

Or you can sign up with email by following these simple steps:
Open the app and click on: CLICK HERE TO REGISTER
Fill out the form:
Nickname
Password
Confirm Password
After reading the privacy policy, tick the box.
Complete the registration by clicking on REGISTER.
A confirmation link will be sent in your email for the activation of your account.
How to Play Online: Multiplayer vs. Training Mode
After logging in, you will see two options:
- Training Mode: Select this option to practice against computer opponent.
- Multiplayer: Choose this option to compete with real-time players online.
Is there a training mode
Yes, just click on TRAINING. You will be able to customize the parameters of the match and you will play against the computer in training mode, you will not get or lose points.
Why Can't I Install the App on My Tablet/Smartphone?
If you’re unable to install the app, your operating system may be obsolete and no longer compatible.
Game Play and Rules
How to Play a Game?
When you access our table list, you will have two options to start a new game:
Click on an empty chair. As soon as all the chairs at the table are occupied, the game will begin.
Click on the ‘Create Table’ button in the top menu. Select all your preferred game parameters. Finally, click on ‘CREATE TABLE.’ (This feature is only enabled for subscribed players).
You will see the table appear in our table list, and all you have to do is wait for the game to start!

Can I Play Unlimited Games?
To play unlimited games, you need to purchase a subscription.
Players without a subscription will be able to play three games per day and will have the option to play an additional 25 matches by watching advertisements.
Account Management
Can I Change My Nickname?
You can change your nickname for free only once after registration:
1) Click on your personal profile, the central icon in the bottom menu
2) Click on Change Nickname
3) Enter the new nickname
4) Save
After you have finished the free changes, you can always buy the nickname changer package from our shop
I Forgot My Nickname!
Try to log in using the email you entered when you registered.
I Forgot My Password!
No problem! The password can be recovered:
1) Click forgot Password.
2) Enter the email associated with your account
3) Enter your nickname
4) Click Submit
5) Follow the instructions sent by email
Can I Set or Change My Profile Picture?
You can only add or change your profile picture using a smartphone or tablet. Here’s how:
- Click on your profile in the menu.
- Select the ‘Change Avatar’ button.
You will have three options to choose from:
- ‘Take a photo’: Capture a new photo to use as your profile picture.
- ‘Choose photo’: Select a photo already saved on your device.
- ‘Choose your avatar’: Pick one of our default avatars.
Click ‘Save,’ and your selected photo will appear in your profile.
Viewing Your Game Stats
To see all the stats of the games you’ve played, follow these steps:
- Enter your profile by clicking on your avatar in the bottom menu.
- You will find a summary of your matches there.
Why Can't I View Other Players' Stats?
This feature is only available for subscribed players.
How Do I Earn Points in My Profile? What Are They Used For?
Match points allow the player to level up. Each match will affect your level.
The points will be distributed as follows:
- Win: +1
- Loss: -1
- Abandonment: -2
- Partner Abandonment: 0
- Abandonment of Opponent: +1
How many levels are there?
There are 140 levels. Click here to view the 140 levels available with the related symbols
What Are Coins Used For?
You can use in our SHOP to purchase emojis, tables, custom cards, and other special features.
You can use in-game to send GIFTS to friends.
You can see the number of coins left inside your personal profile both in-game and out-of-game, in the shop, and in the gifts section inside your friends’ profiles in the game.
How Can I Earn Coins?
You can obtain coins through various methods:
- You can purchase them through our shop.
- You can earn them by completing personal missions (This feature is only enabled for subscribed players).
- For each game won, a subscribed player gets 2 coins, while a free player gets 1 coin.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your account, follow these steps:
- Click on your profile in the menu.
- Select the ‘Delete Account’ button.
Club Management and Features
Why Should I Join a Club?
Club members can be identified by an icon (if any) below their nickname and within the Player Profile. The club can be created by any player who will automatically be the club head and will be responsible for the performance of the club and will also have some privileges.
Club members have several advantages:
- They can receive extra points every month.
- Can participate in club goals.
- They have a confidential chat.
How Do I Create a Club?
To create a new club, click on the club icon in the bottom menu as follows:
- Club
- Create a club
Then enter:
1- Club name (it cannot be changed for free after the club is created, but you can buy the club name change package from our shop)
2- Image (it will be the icon of your club)
3- Type of club
4- Requirement
5- Rule
6- Create
7- Welcome message (will be sent automatically to every new club member)
Once you’ve entered everything, click the CREATE button, and your club will be created!
Club Type
The club head can choose how players join their club from the club’s options:
- Open: Players can enter your club without permission
- On Request: Players can only request to come in, and the club boss can accept or decline their request.
- The club type can be changed at any time from the Edit Club section.
Requirement
The club head can put the required points to join the club, which means that a player must have the minimum points required to apply for or join the club. The points are as follows:
- None
- 50 points
- 100 points
- 300 points
- 500 points
- 1,000 points
- 2,000 points
- 3,000 points
- 5,000 points
- 7,000 points
- 10,000 points
- Requirements can be changed at any time from the club’s edit section.
Club Rules
When a player wins a match with the same rules as their club, the club will earn points, otherwise, the club will not earn points. The club rule also determines in which category (Italian or professional) all members will earn extra points at the end of the month. Club points reset every month.
- The rule cannot be changed after the club has been created.
How Many Seats Per Club?
At level 0, there are only 10 seats available to invite players. As you move up the ranks, the number of places available in the Club increases.
- Level 0 – 10 places
- Level 1 – 20 seats
- Level 2 – 40 seats
- Level 3 – 55 seats
- Level 4 – 80 seats
From Level 4 to Level 20 there will be 80 seats.
Maximum 80 seats per club.
What Are Club Goals?
Club Goals, if achieved, give all club members extra points at the end of the month! There are 2 objectives:
- Win 1v1 matches
- Win 2v2 matches
The difficulty of the objectives is relative to the level of the club, they will become more difficult as the club levels up. You’ll be able to view your club’s progress in the CLUB GOALS section.
How Does the Club Earn Points?
The club gets points when a club member wins a match. Club points will be distributed as follows:
- 1-Hand Game: 1 Club Point for Win
- 1005 or 1505 points match: 2 club points per win
- 2000 or 2005 points match: 3 club points per win
Defeat has no effect on the club’s points.
What Are the Roles?
There are 3 roles:
Club Leader: This is the person who creates the club. The boss can:
- Invite anyone who wants to join your club
- Accept Club Membership Requests
- Send a message to all club members
- Remove a member from their club
- Change your club logo
- Change your club description
- Change the Club Boss
- Appoint one or more Club Vices
- Declassify a Deputy Chief (will become a regular member again)
- Delete the club
Deputy Boss: Can invite players to join the club
Member: All club players excluding Deputy Club Head and Club Leader
How many club levels are there?
There are 20 levels in total
Social Interactions and Features
How Do I Ask for Friendship?
To request someone as a friend, click on the profile picture of the player you would like to become your friend and click on the “ADD FRIEND” button.
Where Can I See My Friends?
To view your friends list, click on the Contacts icon in the bottom menu.
Can I send gifts to friends in the game?
Yes, both as a player and as a spectator.
Gifts cost 10 coins.
To send a gift, you must click on the player’s profile and then on the gift button at the bottom. Simply browse through the gift categories, choose the one you’d like to send, and click ‘Send!
How Do I Accept Someone's Friendship?
When a player sends you a friend request, you’ll see a notification badge appear on the Contacts menu icon. Access your contacts, click on the requests button, and you’ll be able to accept or decline the request. You can also choose to ignore the requests and review them later.
Can I Remove a Player from My Friends List?
To remove a player from your friends list, open the friends list from your contacts and click on the “X” button corresponding to the friend you want to remove from the list.
Can I Block Someone?
To block a player, click on their profile, and then click on the “BLOCK” button. The player will be added to your blacklist.
Where Can I See All the Players I've Blocked?
To view your blacklist, go to the contacts in the bottom menu, and then click on the “Blacklist” button.
Can I Find Out Who Blacklisted Me?
No, you cannot.
Can I Remove a Player from the Blacklist?
To remove a player from the blacklist, simply open the blacklist from your contacts and click on the “X” icon corresponding to the player you want to remove from the list.
Can I Prevent a Player from Sitting at My Table?
Yes, if you block the player, they will not be able to join your tables.
Can I Stop a Player from Sending Me Private Messages?
Yes, if you block the player, they won’t be able to send you private messages.
Can I Send a Message to a Player?
Yes, click on the player’s profile, and then click on the “SEND MESSAGE” button.
(Note: This feature is only enabled for subscribed players.)
Is It Possible to Attend a Match as an Observer?
Certainly, if the player is on your friends list! Open the contacts and, in the friends list, click on the “EYE” icon corresponding to the friend.
Can I Invite a Friend to My Table?
Yes, simply click on the “INVITE” button from the Create Table screen. You can invite a player if they are available and not engaged at any other table.
(Note: This feature is only enabled for subscribed players.)
Why is My Friends List Full Despite Having Fewer Players Than Allowed?
The friends list includes both friends and incoming/outgoing requests. Avoid keeping requests pending as they could affect available places.
Gameplay and Settings
Can I Arrange My Cards in Two Rows?
Yes, as soon as there are more than 21 cards in your hand, simply click on the “2-Row” icon.
Can I Create a Table Without Chat?
Yes, through the Create Table option, you can turn off the chat filter.
(Note: This feature is only enabled for subscribed players.)
Can I Change the Style of the Cards?
Yes, the style of the cards can only be changed during the creation of the table:
- Create Table
- Choose your favorite style clicking on image
- CREATE

Can I Change the Style of the Deck?
Yes, the style of the deck can only be changed during table creation:
- Create Table
- Choose your preferred style, click on image.

How Can I Trill Someone While Playing?
Click on the player’s profile and then click on “Trill.”
To trill a player, the player must have activated the “TRILL” feature via options.
Can I Delete Private Messages?
Yes, click on the “DELETE” button at the top that you will find in the conversation you want to delete.
I am registered via direct access Google Play/Game Center/Apple Sign In, how can I play with my computer?
If you are registered with direct access without a password and want to access from a different device, follow these steps:
- enter the game with your smartphone/tablet and go to your personal profile
- click on set password and follow the instructions
you will have linked a password to your account and this will allow you to log in with your account from all devices
How Can I Access the Leaderboards?
Click on the Leaderboard icon in the bottom menu. To find your position, simply click on the trophy icon on the right.
While I'm Playing, I Lose Connection and Find Myself Out of the Game. What Should I Do?
No problem, just reconnect! by restarting the app you will return to the table to continue the game.
Only after 12 hands played by the bot in your absence, the server closes the game by assigning the victory to the opponents and abandonment to your account.

At the Table, During a Game of Burraco, a Player Behaves Improperly or Uses Offensive Language. What Can Be Done?
You can report a person who has offended you or other people by opening the player’s profile and clicking “REPORT.” The report will be examined by our team who, after careful checks, will decide if and what action to take against the reported player.
What are personal missions?
Thanks to personal missions you can obtain coins.
You can see personal missions by clicking on your personal profile in the menu and then on Missions
What Alerts Can I Receive from the icon Notice in the Table List?
Receive news from Buraco Plus, friends, or your club in this section.
How Can I Mute Someone at the Table?
Click on the player’s in-game profile, then select NO CHAT to mute them for the duration of that match.
(Note: This feature is only enabled for subscribed players.)
Where Can I Collect Mission Rewards?
Upon completing a mission, you’ll receive a notice in the table list. Collect your reward by navigating to your personal profile, clicking on MISSION, and then hitting the “claim” button.

Does the server favor some players?
The card distribution algorithm is totally random and does not take into account the players sitting at the table when shuffling the cards. (This is the equivalent of shuffling a live deck of cards.) Once the game has started, the server cannot know whether the player playing will draw from the discard pile or from the central deck and subsequently cannot know which card he will decide to discard. These absolutely subjective decisions/actions by each individual player will be the only ones that will influence the match. Therefore it is not possible and it is not realistic for the server to rig the game in favor or against the players at the table.

- Enter your payment method details, then tap Done.
As soon as the payment method is set on the device, simply access Buraco Plus, click on the shop icon and choose the Subscriptions category.

You can play 3 games x day, and after that, you can continue playing by watching advertisements, with a maximum of 25 times.

If I cancel my subscription to an account through the App Store, can I resubscribe to a new account?
No, to subscribe to another Buraco Plus account, you need to create a new Apple account, set it up on the App Store, delete and reinstall the Buraco Plus app, and then log in with the new nickname to subscribe.
How to cancel Buraco Plus subscription with an Apple device:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap your name.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap the subscription.
- Tap Cancel subscription. You may have to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no cancel button or if you see an expiration message in red text, your subscription has already been cancelled.
Apple Note: Canceling the subscription does not affect the subscription purchased for the first account subscribed to Buraco Plus, and all renewals and resubscriptions will always be assigned to it.
How to cancel Buraco Plus subscription with an Android device:
- Open the Google Play app.
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.

What is Insurance?
Safeguard your points by purchasing a 3-insurance pack. Your points won’t be deducted for losses. This pack is valid for 3 games but not applicable to abandoned games.
How Can I Expand My Friends List?
Purchase the +10 friend list package from our special shop section to add 10 places to your list.
